This isn't a complaint, just an observation. It is not even my life that sucks at this moment. That probably makes it worse, the cynicism and fatalism that help me survive are of no use when the tragedy is someone else's.
"news not good" is what the text said. I knew exactly what had happened. I didn't want to know, I felt such anger and sadness. It sucks.
